Product Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from www.idealsk.com, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receiving the item and return the product.

Only new, unused, and undamaged items that have retained their original appearance, with attached tags and original packaging, can be returned.
Products showing signs of wear, use, or washing will not be accepted for return.

How to Return a Product

1. If the order was received via Omniva

Products can be returned using any Omniva parcel terminal.

Please return the product in the same way it was delivered.

Return shipping costs are covered by the Customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect.

Return Conditions

Returned products must:

• be unused, unwashed, and undamaged;

• include all original labels and packaging;

• include a completed return form.

Products that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Refunds

Refunds for returned products are made within 14 days after the product has been received and inspected.
The refund will be transferred to the same bank account from which the payment for the purchase was made.

If the payment was made through a parcel terminal or other method, the refund will be sent to the bank account specified in the return form.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
In such cases, all return and delivery costs are covered by SIA “IDEĀLS K”.
