TERMS OF USE

IDEĀLS K SIA, Registration No. 42103063182, Address: Šķēdes iela 13, Liepāja, Latvia, hereinafter – the online store, provides the content available on this website and offers goods/services in accordance with the Terms of Use outlined below.


1. General Provisions

When a consumer purchases goods/services through the website, this transaction is considered a Distance Contract and is subject to the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia governing distance contracts, including but not limited to the Consumer Rights Protection Law and the Cabinet of Ministers Regulations “Regulations on Distance Contracts”.


2. Purchasing Goods

The prices and specifications of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to each product.

To place an order, add the desired products to the shopping cart, fill in the required fields, and select the preferred delivery method. The total cost of the order, including delivery, will be shown before payment. Complete the purchase by submitting the payment.


3. Payment Terms

The currency used on the website is EUR.

Payment for purchases can be made using the following payment methods provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv (Maksekeskus AS):

NB! When paying via online banking, after completing the payment, you must click “Return to Merchant”.

Payment-related personal data is transferred to the licensed payment institution Maksekeskus AS.

The contract becomes effective once the payment has been successfully received in the online store’s bank account. If, for any reason, the order cannot be fulfilled, the Buyer will be notified, and the paid amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the notification.


4. Delivery Terms

Goods are delivered to the following countries: Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia.
Orders are delivered using the following methods: Omniva and DPD parcel lockers, as well as courier services.

All customs fees and taxes applicable upon arrival to the destination country must be covered by the Buyer.

Delivery costs are displayed before confirming the order.

Orders are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within 5 days.
In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days, and the Buyer will be informed accordingly.


5. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities.

Goods must be handled only for purposes necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning. The Buyer is responsible for maintaining the quality of the goods during the withdrawal period. If the goods are used beyond what is necessary, damaged, improperly handled, or returned without original packaging, the online store has the right to reduce the refundable amount according to the decrease in value.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must send a withdrawal notification to the email:

The Buyer covers the return shipping costs unless the reason for return is that the item does not match the order (e.g., incorrect or damaged product).

The Buyer must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after submitting the withdrawal notice.

After receiving the returned goods, the online store refunds all payments received from the Buyer within 14 days. The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods are received.

The online store is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

The online store reserves the right to refuse a sale or request the return of goods if a product price listed was significantly lower than the market price due to an error.


6. Consumer Rights for Non-Conforming Goods

The online store is responsible for any non-conformity or defect that appears within 6 months after the goods are delivered, unless such defect is inconsistent with the nature of the product.

The Buyer must inform the Seller of the non-conformity within 2 months after discovering it, by contacting:

If a product is defective and the Seller is responsible, the Buyer has the right to request repair or replacement free of charge.
If repair or replacement is not possible, the Seller refunds the full purchase amount.

A written response to the Buyer’s complaint will be provided within 15 days.


7. Processing of Buyer’s Personal Data

The online store processes only the personal data necessary to fulfill orders (name, surname, email, phone number, address, etc.).

Data is transferred to delivery service providers to ensure delivery of goods.

If the Buyer has given explicit consent to receive marketing messages, the online store may send information about new offers to the provided email address.

8. Dispute Resolution

In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the Buyer and Seller shall comply with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.

All disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Latvia.

The Buyer (consumer) may also contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre or the European Union online dispute resolution bodies.
